If you're struggling with serious acne, get serious about your skin care strategy. Ordinary skin care products contain hydrogen peroxide, alcohols and plenty of fragrances (such as camphor or eucalyptus) that can irritate skin without putting a stop to bad breakouts. Acne can do more than impact your social life: it impacts self confidence. Bad acne can also lead to scarring (but if you already have acne scars, take heart; you can have them erased by laser resurfacing).
